Sodezign.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. We offer a wide range of payment options: Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, Visa Electron.
We are also able to take payment via PayPal and Bank transfer.
Our standard furniture delivery charges apply to the EUROPE addresses only. Additional charges may apply to furniture deliveries to certain regions. Please refer to our delivery overview section for more details on delivery zone. When an order contains more than one furniture item, all furniture items will be delivered at the same time as soon as all items are available. An estimated delivery timescale is associated with each furniture product and we will make every effort to deliver your goods within this timescale. However delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors out with our control. Sodezign shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Preparing for furniture delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure adequate access at the point of delivery. If it is not possible to deliver the items due to a lack of access space we may have to apply a charge in order to take any items back into stock
In order to ensure this situation does not occur we ask that you follow these few simple steps to ensure a hassle free delivery.
- Measure the height and width of any hallways and door accesses, as well as the entry clearance.
- Check the dimensions of the furniture in order to ensure the items will fit.
Customer Returns :
Customer satisfaction is top priority at Sodezign. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in new and unused condition. Custom orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-returnable. Because we ship our items from France across the Europe it is very important that you request a Return Merchandise Authorization prior to initiating a return. All returns are subject to actual round trip shipping and delivery charges. In the case where a “Free Shipping” item is purchased, the return will be subject to the actual cost of shipping associated with the order. Returns are only accepted in their original packaging and should be unassembled. Returns due to an item not fitting into your home or room are subject to the policy listed here.
Delivery Time: Furniture is considered an oversized/heavy item. Because of the oversize classification, shipping furniture takes longer than postable items. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for delivery of your items in Europe. If you are in need of an expedited delivery service please contact contact (arobase) sodezign.com
Order Cancellations - Orders may be canceled before the shipment has been dispatched. Cancellation requests received after shipment of an order are subject to the full return policy. Exceptions include custom orders, orders where custom fabrics and sizes are purchased. Custom orders may be canceled for a full return only up to 3 days after the order date. Cancellation requests MUST be done over the phone (+33-1-43-57-24-04) or Email.
Shipping Damage :
Our staff is available to help if your order arrives damaged. Our comprehensive delivery service is specifically designed to reduce the rate of shipping damage. In the event of damage upon arrival please notify Sodezign and your delivery company immediately. Damages to items upon arrival must be noted on your delivery receipt and brought to the attention of Sodezign immediately.
Damage not noted on your delivery receipt must be reported to Sodezign within 3 days of receipt for consideration. If damage is not noted on your delivery receipt pictures will be required. If there are partial damages or shortages, accept the good items and list damages/shortages on your delivery receipt; we will send free replacement parts to correct the problem or replace the whole item at our discretion. If a replacement is declined and you would rather cancel your order you will be subject to the normal cancellation/return policy.
Sodezign reserves the right to repair or replace furniture that is damaged on arrival. We are not responsible for any shipping damage not reported within 3 days of arrival. If the delivery receipt is not signed with damage noted and your order requires repair or replacement Sodezign will not be responsible. Damage that is properly noted on the delivery receipt will be taken care of at no cost to the customer. We pride ourselves in fair and just treatment of our customers in the event of shipping damage.
The products and services offered on Sodezign.com website are sold for use within the Europe. Use of this web site shall be governed by French regulation and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
