Once you have viewed the product in the showroom, you then have the option of placing your order in-store or online.
The shipping charges on your order depend on the weight of your order. Before payment, the site will offer several delivery options (you may choose to continue or cancel your order at that time).
How do I determine product availability?
Availability is shown on each product page. Inventory is updated in real time. Some products that we offer are in very limited quantities. Act quickly! Available: Product is in stock. Pending approval: An order has been placed with our supplier, but we do not yet have an exact date of delivery. Available to order: Product is in
stock and can be ordered at your request.
How do I return a product?

How do I track my parcel after it has been shipped?
Once your order is shipped, the order of dispatch is sent immediately. We work with a private carrier which unfortunately does not allow our customers to track their orders. However, you may contact us to be informed about the status of your order.
What countries do you ship to?
Everywhere in France (Corsica contact us) and some European countries.
What happens if I am away during the delivery?
If you are absent during delivery, a notice will be left in your mailbox.
When will I receive confirmation of my order?
Once you place an order, Sodezign.com sends an e-mail confirmation to the address listed in your profile. This e-mail lists your order, your shipping address and your billing information.

May I pay by check?
Simply choose this payment method at the time of your order and send your check made payable to Sodezign, along with a copy of an ID, to the following address: 84 Avenue de la République 75011 Paris. Upon receipt of your check, your order is confirmed. Sodezign will proceed to delivery after receipt of your check. We draw your attention to the fact that this mode of payment slows the course of processing your order and can cause trouble in terms of product availability. In fact, when ordering products with a high rate of turnover, the delay caused by paying with a check may be sufficient to exhaust inventories. If this happens, your order may be canceled.
Sodezign is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday from 2:00 p.m to 4:00p.m.
