Satisfied or refund:

If the item does not satisfy you, or is defective, you have a period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of your order to return the item in its original packaging and condition of origin (the returned items incomplete, damaged or soiled by the customer are not included). You will then have the choice between an exchange or refund of the item (except delivery cost).

Warning: The return costs will be entirely at your responsibility.

Shipping:

Delivery is in 5 working days * in France and 10 working days in Europe:

All items are shipped within 2 working days of purchasing the item (except Saturday and Sunday) after payment confirmation.

The product is delivered by the carrier 72 working hours (8 working days for Europe) after the shipment, at the foot of the building at the address specified in the order (Please be specific about the apartment number and / or digital code to facilitate delivery).

A telephone number (preferably mobile) is required when ordering to facilitate the work of the carrier. It is impossible to make a consolidated shipment due to the size of the package.
